Iquitos, forest city of warm and humid climate, presents the windings of its rivers and the exuberance of its vegetation as its principal attraction. It is located in the heart of the Peruvian Forest, at 115 m.a.s.l. height and with an annual average temperature of 28°C. There are daily flights from Lima (1.45 hours approx.).
