Arequipa has been called the “White City” for being this one, the color of the ashlars or petrified lava used in most of the constructions. It also has a blue deep sky and the joyful greens of its valleys. It is located at 2350 m.a.s.l. height. The Coastal climate is moderated, but dry on the Sierra. There are flights from Lima (1 hour approximately)

3 DAYS - 2 NIGHTS PROGRAM

1ST Day: AREQUIPA: CITY TOUR + SANTA CATALINA

Reception at Arequipa’s Airport and transfer to the Selected Hotel. In the evening, at stated hour, we will visit the City major attractions: Santa Catalina’s Monastery, “Plaza de Armas”, Arequipa’s Cathedral, Jesus’s Company Church and Cloister, Yanahuara’s Colonial District, San Francisco Church and Square, Chilina’s Gorge. Return to the hotel.

2nd day: CAMPIÑA + SABANDIA’S MILL TOUR

Continental Breakfast. At stated hour, we start our field trip towards the Founder’s Mansion, Sabandia Mill, Yanahuara Lookout, Sachaca Lookout, Tigo Lagoon and Chilina Retirement Center. We will also visit the districts of Paucarpata with its “Andenerias”. Return to the hotel.

3rd Day: -AREQUIPA-RETURN

Continental Breakfast. Transfer to the Airport at agreed hour to go back to your destination.

4 DAYS - 3 NIGHTS PROGRAM

1st Day: AREQUIPA: CITY TOUR + SANTA CATALINA

Reception at Arequipa’s Airport and transfer to the selected hotel. In the evening at stated hour, we will visit the City’s Major Attractions: Santa Catalina’s Monastery, “Plaza de Armas”, Arequipa’s Cathedral, Jesus’s Company Church and Cloister, Yanahuara’s Colonial District, San Francisco Church and Square, Chilina’s Gorge. Return to the hotel.

2nd day: AREQUIPA – COLCA
Early in the morning we will go to the Colca’s Cannon. In the way up to Chivay and going by the “Salinas y Aguada Blanca” National Reservation, we will observe the vicuñas habitat and also the volcanoes crowned with snow. We will spend the night in Chivay.

3rd day: COLCA – CRUZ DEL CONDOR

In the morning we will go to the Condor’s Cross, which is the only place where it is possible to see immense condors flying next to people. / After lunch, we will return to Arequipa, arriving by 6:00pm approx.

4th day: Free time
At stated hour, transfer to the airport to go back to your destination.
